The paradox of Nihon Goshin Aikido is that while remaining a very potent style of martial art and self-defense, it stresses non-violence. There are no competitions. As practitioners, we are not concerned with winning or losing, but are committed to growing in skill and knowledge in order to prevent and end conflict without any unnecessary escalation.
Who doesn't want that?
Our training methods are effective, realistic, and proven to work.
